Family HealthCare is a full service primary care medical practice. Founded in 1980, we have grown to become one of the premier medical practices in Montgomery County. Since initially opening in Germantown, we have expanded to open offices in Rockville and Olney to better serve the patients in our community. Family HealthCare is one of a select group of practices nationwide that have been recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
