H1N1 Vaccine Information Update

Family Healthcare has received the H1N1 vaccine. We will be administering it in our offices between 11 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 5 pm, while supplies last. There is a $20 administration fee that is due at the time of the shot. We will vaccinate the following groups of people according to the CDC guidelines:

1. Pregnant Women
2. Health Care providers and emergency service workers
3. All people ages 6 months to 24 years of age
4. Household contacts and caregivers for children
   6 months of age and younger
5. Persons aged 25-65 years who have health conditions associated with higher risk of medical complications from influenza
